What does Fotona3D entail?

Fotona Dynamis® 3D

In the Fotona Dynamis® 3D treatment, we work in four steps. The most common signs of skin aging are addressed in the four steps below, tightening the skin from the inside out.

Step 1(D)
The Fotona Dynamis® 3D treatment begins in the mouth, where laser energy is used to initiate the tightening process around the mouth and jawline. This step also reduces expression lines such as nasolabial folds and wrinkles. Like a filler, but natural!
Step 2(D)
Next, as a complement to the treatment in the mouth, deeper imperfections such as deep lines and pigmentation spots are treated to achieve a fine texture and even tone.
Step 3(D)
In step three, the skin is heated to create a tightening effect, effectively firming and lifting the skin.

Who is Fotona3D suitable for?

The Fotona Dynamis is exceptional because it incorporates two lasers in one system, namely the 1064nm Nd:YAG laser and the 2940 nm Er:YAG laser. With these two lasers, we can simultaneously work at different wavelengths and target different layers of the skin. Additionally, Fotona’s laser system has many different handpieces, allowing us to treat various common skin problems as well as less well-known ones. Careful consideration has been given to the system and each handpiece. The system is highly innovative and extensively tested, ensuring that each treatment is completely safe. We can address all aspects of skin aging with it, not just skin laxity and wrinkles, but also drooping eyelids and volume loss in the lips. In short, we are very pleased to be one of the few clinics in the Netherlands that can work with this fantastic system.

With this multifunctional system, we can improve the skin in many ways! This includes skin tightening, treating scars, lifting the skin above the eyes, and hair removal. But we also treat conditions like rosacea, pigment issues, and veins on the face and legs with this system.

In the past, we already treated some of these skin problems, but with this system, we can achieve even better results! The unique feature of this system is that we can work with two complementary wavelengths, namely the 1064nm Nd:YAG laser and the 2940 nm Er:YAG laser. You might think a laser is just a laser, but nothing could be further from the truth! By being able to work with this system at different wavelengths, we can also target different layers of the skin. Some skin problems exist across multiple skin layers, which we can now address simultaneously! The combination of these two wavelengths ensures a fast, visibly beautiful, and long-lasting result.
